This would apply a label color to all silent clips in the Premiere XML export. If the goal of labeling is to be able to quickly select and delete those clips, it's probably more useful to delete them outright (related feature: https://feedback.getrecut.com/feature-requests/p/delete-all-silence-on-all-tracks)
