Normalize Audio Levels

There may be some recordings that might be too low for Recut to identify the silence. Would be nice to normalize the audio for the highest peak to reach 0dB and then use Recut to take out the silent parts. Then have the option to either keep the normalized audio or allow the user to adjust the audio in Final Cut Pro.
