Select clip under playhead

Add a configurable keyboard shortcut for selecting the clip under the playhead.

Some stuff to consider:

- does it affect clips, or segments, or both? Maybe it would depend on the whether the timeline is currently in Clips or Segments mode?

- with multiple tracks, would it select a clip/segment from every track? (probably)

- "Configurable keyboard shortcut" requires building that feature request first
