Move the timeline with mouse wheel or auto move the timeline when playback is active

Move (scroll) the timeline left ou right with mouse wheel. Useful because when you press play the timeline does not follow when you leave the screen.

And also have the option to auto move the timeline (keep the time position at place) when playback is active.
