An option to not ripple-delete silence

D
Dave Ceddia

Currently, Recut always "ripple deletes" the silence it removes – it deletes the silent sections, and closes those gaps in the timeline, giving you an overall shorter timeline.

Some use cases want to delete the silence *without* closing those gaps. They would prefer to leave empty gaps in place, and keep the timeline length exactly the same.

(see image for what this would do)
