Delete all silence on all tracks

Currently, Recut will ripple delete across all tracks where all are silent (excluding silence on ignored tracks).

This feature would add an option to additionally delete the silent parts on every track. It would simply delete (not ripple delete) those parts, leaving gaps on those tracks. Here's an example of what this would look like.
