Press 'J' to rewind

Currently J could only slow down. I hope it could be press 'j' once to slow when speed >1x; to rewind play when speed is <1x just like FCP or PR's control.

Becuz when unsure about a sound ,currently need to mannual scroll click, which seems could be more convenient.
