Add fade transitions between cuts

Add a way to configure the fade in/fade out between audio clips. This feature would not include any kind of video transition, and would only apply to playback and media export (not timeline export; that would be a separate feature).

Recut already applies a volume ramp at the edges of cuts to avoid clicks and pops so it should be possible to allow adjusting the length of those.
