More hotkeys for navigation

I recently added a dial/jog wheel to my workflow. It does not work out of the box with Recut, but I can program the dial.

However, the selection of shortcuts is very limiting (even without the additional hardware).

Besides going a frame forward or backward, or one full second, what about clips?

In Recut, I am usually only doing a rough fix of the cut, so I am looking for patterns that seem off.

Also, the timeline currently does not follow, if you adjust the playhead, so you are quickly out of the screen.

For what I do, I do not even need to move the playhead, it would be enough if I could vertically scroll the timeline. So shortcuts for that would be appreciated.
